4. Processing of glaze

5. Glaze Process

With different thicknesses in the glaze, the glazed surface will change after firing. Under normal circumstances, when the glaze is thick, the effect will be more obvious , the color of glaze, high emulsion, and the texture is easy to form. 6. Burning process

Burning is the most critical process of reactive glaze production. The subtle changes in each step in this process will affect the reactive glaze. Different in the product placement position, dense or rare, the type of fuel used in the fuel kiln, the reduction atmosphere, the temperature, the length of the burning time, the fasted cooling speed, the changes in climate changes, and the level of the grant of the burning kiln work will produce different effects.

And further more, decal is the easiest way to personalize your dinnerware. Decals used for decoration of the product are designed by a computer graphics program. All the curves and grids will be calculated in order to find the perfect position for decals to be applied. Between two glazed to adhere the decal, can accept more color than under glazed decal, could be maintained for permanent. But as this technique is more complicated, the cost will be the highest one.

• under glazed decal

Adhere the decal before any glaze, the cost is lowest but only a few simple colors are available, this method also can be maintained for permanent.
